Frequently Asked Questions

Will the right equipment be provided for my wedding?
All artists are able to bring a sound system and lighting (if necessary) which is suitable for the space and amount of guests at the wedding.

Do all artists take requests?
All DJs take up to 75 requests up front and are also happy to take requests on the night. All saxophonists are happy to learn up to 5 new songs which are not already included in their repertoire by latest a weeks notice.

How long is the performance?
Standard DJ performance is up to 5 hours with midnight as finish time. Sax performances are usually 3x 45 minutes sets. We are of course also more than happy to perform for longer.

How much space is required?
The DJ would need 2 x 3.5m space to be able to set up all the right equipment. The saxophonists would need 1 square meter to set up the speaker and other necessary equipment.
When outside, all equipment must also be in a sheltered space against rain or sunlight to avoid water damage or overheating.

How long is the set up and take down time?
Depending on the size of the set up, it could take between 1.5 - 2.5 hours to set everything up. The take down is usually a bit faster, but can still take up to 2 hours.

How far are the artists willing to travel?
All artists are willing to travel world wide.

How much extra does need to be paid for travel?
Travel costs are £20 per hour (there and back). If the travel time is longer than 2 hours for DJs and 3 hours for saxophinists, accommodation costs of £50 are also added to the travel costs.

Do the artist(s) need refreshments?
It would be great if the artist(s) could be provided with a hot meal and soft drinks.

Are sound limiters a problem?
Not at all, we have all worked with sound limiters before and always managed to make it work perfect.
