Biography
About
Jamie is a professional percussionist who specialises in nightclub & event work to enhance any occasion including weddings. With full acoustic set up, 'walk around' bongos, or his most requested; electric percussion pad. Jamie can cater to whatever the event requires.
He has gone from strength to strength with his unique style and energetic personality since he began on the club circuit and performing at private parties back in 2008. He discovered his musical talents by teaching himself from the age of 15, based on his passion for all things rhythmic, which led on to his love for club music, more noticeably, the House music genre.
Supported by other musicians, as well as DJ's, producers, promoters and club owners, Jamie has dominated the London, Kent and Marbella club scene for years and has played at/for most of the biggest events and clubs in those respected areas.
Jamie has played alongside Garage legends DJ Luck & MC Neat, DJ EZ, as well as other top DJ's including, Wally Lopez, Mark Knight, Colin Francis (Ministry of Sound), Taboo (Black Eyed Peas), Tough Love, legend Greg Edwards and one of the pioneers of House music, Farley 'Jack Master Funk'.
In 2013, Jamie played to over 2,000 party goers at the Chislehurst Ball in Kent and shared the stage with many known artists such as Alexander O'Neil and Baby D.
2014 and 2015 saw Jamie spend 2 Summer seasons, playing in nearly all of Marbella's most exclusive venues, including La Sala, Aqwa Mist, NewsCafe, Pangea, Tibu, Nikki Beach, Sala Beach and Plaza Beach. 2016 Jamie played at Studio 338 for a Bora Bora beach party London edition alongside Bora Bora and ABODE resident DJs. Jamie also played at the opening of SW4 festival on the outdoor main stage. As of 2016, Jamie became the official percussionist for ABODE.
Jamie has played on Marbella's leading House radio station BeachGrooves and has had several guest appearances on London's number 1 House station Select UK Radio.
