Samantha is a very busy Drummer, Percussionist, and Drum Teacher based in North London, UK. She performs regularly at high end corporate events and weddings both nationally and internationally; Samantha most recently performed at the World Cup in Qatar as part of the championship games.

Biography

About

Samantha is a very busy Drummer, Percussionist, and Drum Teacher based in North London, UK. She performs regularly at high end corporate events and weddings both nationally and internationally; Samantha most recently performed at the World Cup in Qatar as part of the championship games. 

Samantha is the perfect add-on to make your dance floor come to life. If you have already booked a DJ for your event but still like the idea of having a live musician perform, then Samantha is the perfect option. 

She combines acoustic, electric and roaming percussion into her set up which will really get the party started and wow your guests. You'll dance into the early hours to all the different rhythms and grooves - your guests will be left impressed!

Samantha trained at Paul McCartney’s school, LIPA and graduated with a BA (HONS) Degree in Music. Prior to her degree she studied on the Diploma of Popular Music and Sound Technology again at LIPA. Upon Graduating, Samantha was awarded with the Zildjian Prize which is presented annually to one drummer every year in recognition of their hard work and dedication to their instrument. 

In 2022 Samantha was in the final 25 drummers in her age category in the Hit Like A Girl Contest and she came 2nd in the UK Territory. This year she was a judge for part of the contest. Samantha is currently endorsed by London Drum Stick Company and Primas Custom Drums.
